Sleep Inn Louisville Airport

Front desk gave key to my room to someone not on reservation.Then GM went in my room while i wasnt there and pulled all sheets and blankets and towels with ok permission.Then went back in again when i was gone and turned all the switches and a/c off

Location to the festival. The girl working nights was extremely helpful in finding us another room.

First room the air did not work and the tub would not shut off. The carpet was dirty and stained.

The location worked out.

AC didn't work, it was 100 degrees upstairs. Didn't get any sleep. Coffee pot had mold in it.

The carpets were filthy. The bathroom was dirty. Old soap was left in the tub. The breakfast was a joke.

We were greeted so nicely

I felt that the hotel fixtures in the bathroom needed to be painted a nice silver rather than see rust. Also, the door to the bathroom needed staining on the inside. It would have been nice to have another chair.

I liked that the room was clean. I wanted a shuttle and they did come and pick me up and drop me off.

I did not like they advertised breakfast but did not have breakfast. They did not have juice or coffee. They had white bread. No toaster. They had 3 choices of cereal and a big milk carton. The had tea bags but no hot water.

Location was good but NEVER again!!

Dirty carpet and wash rags , hard beds, when I went outside early in the morning the person watching the front desk was in a deep sleep he didn¿t even raise his head up when I walked in the lobby, elevator location was a safety concern for me.

It was surrounded by nice hotels. However, the parking lot was dark, sketchy, and the side door was broken. The room was about 80 degrees, smelled like marijuana and body odor, and the carpet must have been original it was so gross. The breakfast was bad

The stay was great. Owner was friendly. Room was clean. Only down side was that couldn't connect PS4 to TV couldn't change input. Best by Wyndham hotel I have been in Louisville.

That it was easy to leave. I didn't even stay the 2nd night. I left and went home even though I had already been charged. I won't EVER stay at any Howard Johnson hotel again.

Close to where my weekend events were located. The price was less than what we have paid in the past.

Need more parking.

Staff was helpful and room was comfortable and quiet.

Dirtiest room I've ever stayed in, the whole place smelled terrible. Holes, bugs, rust and stains on EVERYTHING!

Location and breakfast.

The night clerk would not check my online reservation reciept; even after I tried to show it. So she charged my card again; although it had already been paid for. After,I told the morning clerk at check-out; it was resolved by re- credit to my account.

The hotel was not as advertised 1. The TV didn't work Properly 2. The bathroom Toilet backed up 3. After arriving at the hotel the 2nd night around 11 o'clock We had to wait outside For half hour Because there was no staff to let us in The next morning

The staff allowed is Allowed my car to be boxed in Because the parking lot was too small Which made me late For my appointment

Location

The bed size was supposed to be a king it wasn't. The pillows,wash rags, and towels was dirty. Shower was broken, sprayed water everywhere and only had one setting. Refrigerate didn't get cold and walls you could hear everything going on outside the room.

No handicap parking didn¿t feel self taking showers also we had to pay additional ten dollars
