Pros +

Clean , location and parking
Clean and nice staff
This was an incredibly pleasant surprise. The room was almost comically spacious, with a full kitchen, full-size fridge and freezer, a full dining table, big screen TV, and a giant (and comfortable) pull-out couch for the teenager. Amazing.

Cons -

The way parking is paid
We stayed a year and a half ago in the same room 217 and it was amazing but this time toilet bowl plumbing running and seat loose, kitchen sink faucet leaking on counter, the front door handle was coming apart, and the shower doors would not stay closed
They did not have our room type the first night and had to move on the second night.

The staff the first night was friendly.

Rooms are perfect size and very clean. the breakfast area was very helpful and professional.

Breakfast time during business days is too short. People like me that are not traveling for business will appreciate and extension on the breakfast time during those days.

The breakfast wasn't great

Very clean. Nice new gym. Surprisingly quiet being near the airport. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

The lighting in the room took sometime to figure out.

Location. Suites contain full size fridge and microwave as well as dishes which helps when you are on an irregular schedule.

The sink area was not enclosed so if you were up getting ready, others in the room would be disturbed by the light and sound.

Very clean, loved amenities in room.

Bathroom very small and hard to close door

Outstanding hotel. Easy access near highway, new, great workers, nice variety of hot and cold breakfast. Got a suite and it¿s great for kids with the little extra room. Room also has a full refrig, microwave, stove, sink and dishwasher.

Pets are allowed so over time I¿m sure it will be gross as dogs were all over.

Large room, beautiful pool, good location close to Kentucky Kingdom, room for 6.

Coffee was weak. More fruit at breakfast would be nice. Pool towels were all gone. Beds were very firm!!
