The amenities were great and assessable for my party.

One of the front clerks was very rude and not willing to help with a guest issue. I witnessed the interaction and it was not professional at all.

The overall reactions of all staff, food, and location

Yes, Friday the 20th. of June, we were disturbed on three occasions by a boy about 7 and his sister about 13 to 16 years old. Three times, bang on the door and ran.Each time I called the Front desk and they were going to talk to the parents of the kids.

Good breakfast options

We had to reserve to use the pool and there was no availability until the next day. We did not know about this policy until check in.

The room was incredible. Loved having the separate sitting room and tv with a door to bedroom. The breakfast exceeded our expectations.

The front desk clerk was a bit pretentious, but kind.

Beautifully remodeled and very clean.

The beds were so hard I could not sleep. Tossed and turned all night. Also, the staff in the breakfast area did not refill or keep up with the food. The first day we never saw them. The second day we had to ask for everything that was empty.

Breakfast was great and high quality. There was issues with our room before arrival and staff contacted us immediately and was accommodating.

The hotel was clean but unfortunate that the hotel indicated pool but they were renovating. The option to use the pool at YMCA was nice but with our schedule going to another location wasn't going to be an option.

Only one elevator was functioning - not informed. Toilet did not flush All stairs exit to outdoors¿- no internal stairs

We liked the Manager¿s Reception-gave us a chance to unwind after a long day of travel. Breakfast was very good. Decor was lovely.

Floor in the Managers Reception area was sticky and got all over our shoes. We were expecting two queen beds for our overnight stay with 4 adults, but the beds were doubles (54¿) and it was very hard to sleep.

Happy hour

Yes. Horrible location, rooms were dirty, pool was disgusting and nobody picked up the trash and towels left behind for over 13hrs.

goose poop everywhere - very much as issue with dogs trying to walk and potty smoking by side door - often had to walk through a plume of smoke - the entire hallway smelled of smoke too

Would be nice if breakfast extended a little later than 10 a.m.

Location was too isolated for our purpose of experiencing Louisville.

It was clean. Easy to locate. Comfortable bed

There was only one bar in the bath tub and it was on the back wall and hard to reach.

The hotel was very clean and updated looking. The check in was fast and the complimentary evening reception and breakfast buffet were great.

Very quiet, clean, chef prepared omelettes, pet friendly, amazing staff

We love the customer service, the happy hour, and the breakfast. The staff is kind.

The hot tub was out of order and the pool area looked a little aged.

The Embassy Suites is in a perfect location if you are interested in shopping and having tons of restaurant options. The made to order breakfast makes it an awesome value.

This hotel is NOT downtown. It was a great location for traveling, on/off the highway for people passing through. Perfect for our needs.

It was located in a nice area of town. Restaurants were not far from the hotel.

I think there was either a volleyball or soccer tournament Wi-Fi in the last night of our stay there were kids running everywhere. I will say they get quiet down about 10 o¿clock.

Easily accessible and very clean. Full breakfast Buffett including a chef for cook to order omelets.
