Not as clean as I expected. Bad smell. Breakfast left much to be desired...

This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. I would give detail but I have reached my character max. 0 stars do not recommend. Management is extremely rude and threaten and followed me around my entire stay.

Not very clean and outdated felt like a rundown stay. The bathroom tile had a large crack and also the Fan did not work.

I like it had a pool and bar but pool closes to early for those arriving late.

Tv channels sucked. The wall was stained with soda or something that was sticky. The headboard was dirty. Had dirty smudges all over it

The front desk was so helpful and respectful. Housekeepers that we got to speak with went out of their way. Food prep worker went out of her way made my daughter feel she was at home

For me no all was great. My daughter the pool needed to be open more. Lol thanks guys. You made a trip we never wanted to make worry free when it comes to a welcome place to stay.

Smoke detector was above the bed & it blinked! Extremely annoying. Could not cover.

Poor service from front desk staff. No apology despite repeated service failures. Don't ask anything of housekeepers or food preparers unless you know Spanish. Someone on staff changed the cafeteria TV channel to one that was inappropriate for chil

It was not clean. The room smelled like a sewer the towels were dirty the floor was dirty there was a clump of someone else's hair on the floor. I could not stay the smell was too bad.I will never go back

The lobby area and the reception lady was kind but did not try to meet our request just said this is what we have. The Breakfast bar was very good.rooms need updating old furniture and carpet.

My check in was really confusing. First they had my name ok but other info wrong then my room request was for a 2 queen bed handicap access walk in shower.I had confirmed with this beforehand My handicapped sister couldn't bathe had to share a bed.

There was a half wall to separate couch from bed.

I was not told until I arrived that the pool was closed. After it was too late to cancel or book somewhere else. An employee opened my door and was coming in room until they saw me and shut the door back, without knocking first.

Location and comfortable beds.

There was an off-putting odor in the room and especially the bathroom. We bought Fabreeze to use and it barely made a difference.

Room was bad, had a musty and damp smell thru out. Also the corridor smelt so bad. Bathrooms were also sub par. Sink in the water was going so slowly.

The staff was excellent! Hotel employee at the front desk was accommodating and extremely friendly. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

The hotel was listed as a non smoking facility however we smelled both very strong cigarette and marijuana smoke in the hallways. Thankfully, once in our room we coild no longer smell it.

The hotel double charged me for my 10 hour stay and my funds are still being held.

The location

The workers was rude, one lady asked me was I having a party I told her no that my daughter just headband was coming in town. The last said well no parties, then the next morning I seen they took more money off my card $100 to be exact! I will never

Hotel was very clean. Great atmosphere. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet was great!

Restaurant delivery was almost non existant. Could not get any food deliveries till after 5 pm.

Clean! Most hotels in this price range are fairly gross, and/or have rude staff. Not this place. Everything was great, from the room to the staff.

The location is a little hard to get out of during busy traffic times.

Very nice staff, very clean ,nice contanental breakfast.

During a couple days of heavy thunderstorms their was a smell of sewer gas coming from bath. But for this area of louisville, its as good as it gets.
