Good location for our Bourbon trail trip.

We did ask to move our room after first night as facing freeway and noisy. They happily moved us to face other side and very quiet.

A little pricey for me but still a beautiful hotel

I loved the room and having a suite. There was a kitchen in the room, so we got food from Publix next door which was very convenient. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The parking lot was safe to walk my dog. The lobby has a little mini mart in case you need something. The breakfast was really nice the next morning before check out. Everything was great!

Although everything was great, the only thing that I may have needed, which I didn't request, was my own fault, was more towels in the room. The front desk seemed a little busy and I was too tired to ask for the towels and wait for him to get them. We were ok with what we had.

The room was nice and clean. The property was in a great location. The overall hotel was clean and well kept.

I got what seems to be food poisoning from the horrible chicken tenders that I was served at the restaurant. They didn't look like anything in the picture that was advertised. They were all I ate the entire evening. I woke up at 2 am throwing them back up. I told the front desk the next afternoon about what had happened. I also showed the guy the pictures of what was advertised and of what I was given. He said the manager would contact me. I never heard from anyone after that. The breakfast food was also terrible.

Our room smell so strong with chemicals. Was very hard to breath at night time . Was not to impressed with breakfast .

This property is highly-rated for a reason. It is was a very nice place to stay while visiting Louisville. It was on the outskirts of the city so it was in a very quiet, not overly busy area, which was nice. The property was very clean and our room was HUGE! I knew it would be bigger with having a kitchen in it but we were truly suprised by the amount of space. Two adults with two teenagers and we all had plenty of room to spread out, relax, get ready, or do whatever needed to be done without bothering anyone else. Our room was right around the corner from the elevator and we were worried about noise but we didn't have any problems. Our room was so quiet and we had a great experience.

I will say that we did lose Wi-Fi due to a storm so we couldn't watch TV or do some work due to it being down. It wasn't the fault of the hotel but was frustrating still.We also discovered ants in a corner of our room during our last night there. We believe it was probably due to the amount of rain and the hotel staff was quick to come in and resolve it, but it was a little icky. I would have had more of a problem had they been more widespread or been in there more time but again, it was just a few and the hotel staff solved it quickly.

The complimentary breakfast was great with plenty of variety. Coffee was good for me. I felt safe in parking lot. Basketball court was a A++ for my granddaughters and me
