The amenities were nice. The room was clean.

I booked 3 identical rooms but even though I paid, the biggest room was assigned to another person in our group. Easy fix, but awkward conversation to have. The garment rack really shouldn't be above the microwave. .

Clean conveniently located felt safe

The handicapped Accesible room we Had was very spacious making it easy for our son to maneuver his power wheelchair .

The Pool lift (why we chose this hotel) didn't work (didn't have a battery for it violating ADA laws. Bathroom shower handheld wand was apparently clogged which wouldn't let water come out making it impossible to safely bathe our physically disabled son

I love the pool table and entertainment down stairs. Even though they could use new sticks.

I was there for a week and there is not much space in rooms for storage

Location near interstate, four power outlets in the bathroom, good water pressure in shower, cleanliness, and fun lobby furniture.

The lobby was super cute, lots of hang out and work spaces. The breakfast was good. Our room was clean and updated. It is a really nice hotel. If you are needing a hotel around here or louisville- this was a great choice

The rudeness I received from the front desk was very uncomfortable. I rented the room for my daughter and her family and guest. For a new hotel it was not very cleaned ¿¿ ¿¿ ¿¿ My daughter took the kids to the pool. She said it Look like dirty bath wate

The hotel was clean and the person checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We were there one night for our nieces wedding so we didn't use the pool or the workout room but they looked nice.

The hotel is only a few years old so it pretty clean and up to today's standards(very modern) something for everyone in the family to do.Beds are zipper incased(big plus)!

Staff could have been a little more friendlier. Our room although very clean when we arrived,not much cleaning happened after that even when we asked for the floors to be swept & moped(didn't happen)empty tissue holder in bathroom all week

Educate your staff and when a guest calls to inquire about the pool be specific. We were kicked out of the pool twice and another family was in the pool during our ¿time.¿ Left early didn¿t stay the night.

Common area overtaken by kids with no safety measures in place for other guests.
