Staff was helpful, location was good, amenities were all nice for gym, pool etc.

Rm was lg and nice. However, the bathroom smelled like it had a sewage gas leak or something. We notified the staff and they attended to it but it did not take care of the smell. We notified them again, and again no change. Also floors were dirty.

Yes, hotel was listed as a quality inn. I arrived to a hotel named Spark with a quality inn banner draped over the sign. Hotel had foundation damage of some sort low spots in floor and bathroom door did not close. Only had 1 washcloth in the bathroom

I love that it had a indoor pool

There was something red on the wall had to ask serval times for extra towels

Pool was out, pull out bed was really bad, breakfast was just a few bread items and cheerios. Exterior doors did not lock. Got bait and switch in the price. Overall very bad

Pool was closed, first room reaked of cigarette, second room had no coffee.

very run down, paint chipped, furniture old and falling apart. Our room had 2 queens and sofa bed. sofa bed was from at least 50 years ago, was the 70's floral print and the mattress was nothing but springs. breakfast options were terrible.

They charged $100 security deposit that was not refunded after my stay, until I followed up. They also offered no Choice Hotel loyalty points and breakfast was not ready when I checked out.

Nothing at all

Extremely dirty, water stains everywhere, roaches, shower ran out of hot water in just a few minutes. Walls had something on them couldnt tell you what it was , but it wasnt paint. In the process of disputing the hotel after 3 charges to my credit card

Quiet location.

Visit was a nightmare. I woke up twice with cockroaches crawling over me. They were coming from under the telephone and at least a dozen were on the floor and walls of the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty bad too. I will never return to this hotel.

The cleanliness of this hotel was very disappointing! Potato chips inside the air conditioning unit, candy on the floor! Just gross

The pool

Room smelt almost like urine, the front desk consistently bothered us accusing us of not paying! I showed my online purchase with dates, confirmation #, ect several times. Yet they still wanted to argue with me and block our room key. Was a nightmare!

Everything was in place and available as expected in the room I was provided with, and your staff was efficient and knowledgeable.

The room was very damp, and remained that way overnight. I I could feel the humidity in the air in the room, but also in the bed linens and furniture. The temperature on the air conditioner was set at *67°F* when I entered the room, excessively low.

Elevator was out of order!!!!!no refund or adjustments had to carry all bags three floors. We are in mid 70s. Not happy

Staff allowed my kiddos to swim after the pool was technically closed and we got in late. Very friendly.

The pullout couch had no linens and the front desk did not have any available. The mattress on the pull out couch was FILTHY.

Staff was friendly and all our needs were met. Breakfast was a high point of the stay, and the price was less than other area hotels.

The facility is rough around the edges and could use updating, but the price reflects this. The room was clean, but some of the common areas such as stairwells needed cleaning.

The room was stinky and dingy also I had a mouse under my pillow. Tried calling the front desk and the phone did not work. They offered us a new room.
