The staff were polite and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable.

The room had not been cleaned in a very long time. Mildew ring in the toilet. Dust and grime on the floor. Dirt on the vents of the air conditioner. Smears on the bathtub faucet. Black mold around the sink drain. I took photos to document the grime.

Thw only positive thing was my interaction with at rhe front desk. Your survey ask about thw staff at the hotel and i gave it a 5. The only reason was because hotel employee waa a 10 and the general manger, was a zero.

It waa dirty, the room had a horrible smell to it. But the worst was they have roaches. Big roaches. I went to close the blinds, only the sheer ones were closed and i wanted the blackout ones closed. When i pulled them back 2 huge (2")roaches ran out.

Shower had great water pressure.

Got into the orrm and the curtains was ripped up room smelled really really bad had to go buy some spray bc is smelling so bad,breakfast was trash food looked like it had been sitting out for a week!

The interior smelled like smoke. The elevator especially. The continental breakfast was terrible. I didnt know such low quality sausage existed. The tater tots were disgusting

Location, price, free full breakfast. Quiet area, staff at the desk, responsive. Walmart, Kroger, restaurants, gas stations all right there. Easy on off from interstate

Online it said they had a hot tub there was no hot tub and the air conditioning was not very cool

The price thinking I was getting a good deal for 2 rooms for my family.

Cockroaches,dirty rooms, unfriendly customer service that is arguementative, being told my reservation is canceled when its in fact not, being charged for being in the room less than 1 minute since I found bugs.

The guy at the check in was very friendly

Toilet water leaked on floor after use. The phone didn¿t work to report problem, so my husband went down to front desk. They did put us in another room, but then we had to pack up everything & move. Not a great experience overall.

Well I did get to try a strawberry waffle.

My family either had an allergic reaction to the laundry soap or got bitten by bugs.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The property was located in a convenient location. Both the pool and fitness center were nice. The breakfast was also very good.

The only thing that I could find a problem with was that the air conditioner rattled on high fan. However, when kept on medium it was quiet and the room stayed at a comfortable temperature.

The kids enjoyed the pool; staff was very accommodating. I don¿t remember his name but the older gentleman when we arrived was very nice when we asked to switch rooms and also needing a new blanket bc there was a cigarette burn hole in the one on the bed

The first room we were given smelled like someone had just finished smoking pot in there. It was overwhelming. The next room we were given smelled fine but there was a cigarette burn hole in the blanket. Kids said the waffle mix didn¿t taste right @bfast

One ice machine (1st. Floor) Breakfast was minimal and not that great. Mattress was soiled but covered with a pad.

Harold the front desk staff was excellent.

The room as a whole looked very nice, but the closer you looked it was in need of a deep cleaning.

Located in La Grange which is a nice town and has interesting stores/restaurants.

Night person at desk was not the friendliest fellow and sat behind desk with feet propped up on the desk. Room not cleaned on our late return from our day's activities, no apologies, and no clean towels. NO Wyhndam rewards points awarded!

The location was good and the room was fine. We checked in late and the night staff was very good.

Breakfast was to go to 930 but they ran out of food by 9:00. Had to ask for milk to have some cereal. The man (seemingly) in charge repeatedly stated ¿it¿s Corporate¿s fault¿ and as we looked for bread, accused us of trespassing. This man had ¿issu

Nothing !! We went to check in and I give him the paper when we paid with Pay Pal and he must have not seen or been paid my Pay Pal Paper where we had already paid for the room. He kept asking for a creid card and I told him We already paid through Pay

We had to get a Motel in La Grange they even got my tag number and was going to call the police on me. So it was A big mess so all we would like to get our $100 back because we showed up for our room and they would not take our pay Pal payment.

Check in and check out are fairly easy and convenient. I sometimes receive inconsistent receipts and mixed information about hotel operations from different staff members, which occasionally makes it difficult to know what to expect regarding charges.

The rooms continue to be very DAMP when I check in to them, every time. The air conditioning in the rooms I've been assigned always is excessively low when I've entered them: 67 degrees, 69 degrees, etc. This is uncomfortable for evening arrivals.

Close to Walmart and restaurants. Right off of the highway. Friendly staff. Older, but clean.

Great customer service, clean rooms, and increasing discounts have all been very positive experiences. The complimentary breakfast offerings here are *excellent*! This hotel has everything in hand to meet all reasonable and normal travelers' needs.
