This hotel was filthy. The room smelled very musty. The carpet was sticky.

The new people just let anyone knock on your door at 1130 at night

The sheets were dirty in one room and mattress had stains and smelled. I met family halfway to see each other and we tried to eat in lobby so we would all fit and were told we could not gather in lobby with food and had to take to our room

Broken ice machine, elevator did not work, breakfast was misleading. Not very clean in bathroom and shower

There were roaches in the room, non smoking room smelled like smoke so much that it caused me to have an asthma attack after being in there for only 20 seconds, there were signs of bedbugs on the mattresses.

Nothing. Cigarette burns on toilet and all over the sheets and blankets. Cleaning person did not knock or anything and just came in our room at 9am and the checkout was 11. Terrible hotel. Do not recommend.

Great staff, excellent room assignment

The breakfast was pretty disappointing since the waffle maker didn't work. The extra charge for my dogs was not disclosed until I checked in. Other than that, excellent stay.

Staff was friendly and continental breakfast was small but good.

Needs a little updating and taking out the nice pool area

The room had alot of stains everywhere, the trim was falling off the wall, old food left in the fridge, and the toilet was dirty.

At check in I was told since I live in the state I'm staying at I had to give 100.00 dollars but I got it back at check in.

Didn¿t see any bed bugs or roaches. The rooms on first floor smelled good like bleach. Also the laundry room you can tell they use bleach there too.

The smoking rooms need to be cleaned a lot better throughout. I understand hotel is under staffed but some things are just unacceptable. Bleach bleach bleach and a carpet shampooer. There¿s little things that can be cheaply upgrade such as the shower head

Made reservations for a non smoking room. Upon arrival late in the evening after 16 hours of being on the road, sorry only smoking rooms available. The room was dirty. The breakfast was little debbies and Raisin Bran with cold coffee. Worst hotel EVER

Staff

Sent to occupied room. Back to front desk. Different room, pillows so flat and wore out...did not use. Tv had black spots...so you could only hear. Towels and wash cloths had black grease marks. Comforter had burn holes in. Heater was either too hot/cold

The staff were accommodating and friendly. I appreciated that the hotel still honors veterans with parking spots allocated for them. Hotel was overal good and I would recommend it for anyone.
