Hampton Inn Lexington/Georgetown

The lady was working the desk when we checked in late that night was very personable and Tonya at breakfast was just the best.

The fact that ants covered our bedside table in our first room. Was told management would be told if so we never heard from them. For my back the bed was horrible, in fairness I have a bad back.

Not handicap accessible, water turned off, bed rail stuck out

The staff has been particularly helpful on multiple visits. They offer free bottles of water. The beds in the room were easy to get on because they were not so high. Wi-Fi was available & fine for what I needed.

A minor thing & my person preference is not to have the coffee pot in the bathroom. I know that's where the water is, but I just don't like it.

This hotel has not been maintained well. The carpet in the room was gross, the bathroom had mold in it, and the beds were not comfortable at all.

This was the worst bed I have ever slept in for a Hampton Inn. I have always experienced fantastic comfort with the beds at a Hampton Inn. It’s the reason we choose Hampton.

Had a pool

The breakfast was ok which is due to covid-19.

It was very clean!! Even stairways and hallways very clean. The beds were very comfortable with goose down pillows and a comfy comforter. Shower was hot and has an adjustable sprayer.

Clean, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast with fruit, cookies and coffee available all the time. Hot tub was clean. Location great.

The staff was very friendly and let me check in more than two hours early. The room was very nice. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. The pool was clean. The whole hotel was clean and in great shape.

What's not to like? Everything was very good.

Great size of room and excellent breakfasts which varied daily

The outside terrace was too small with too much furniture and only one subbed which was located poolside. The quality of the towels in our room could have been better

The room was great, the bed was comfortable, loved the comforter, TV, bathroom, furniture was everything I needed for my stay.

I did not like the shower head / pressure nor did I like the shampoo & conditioner, the smell / the way it made my hair feel.

Easy to find, safe.
