This was the nastiest place I¿ve ever stayed. It was so bad that we were afraid to shower there. Mold, bugs and rotted base boards everywhere.

Nothing at all... our worst hotel experience EVER! Bugs, Dirty, staff was combative...this was horrible...

EVERYTHING...just about as bad of hotel as you could get...not a good experience at all! We were with our grandson's on our yearly vacation and this hotel failed in every way if I could five it less than a 1, I would.

Mattress & box springs had stains and holes. No fitted sheets. Trash all over outside. Found a dirty sock in our room. Tried to get extra towels and only given two (with attitude) and one was very dirty.

Customer service is the worth! Got there late the person who help me was the list couters ! Told me the room was right in front of their office looking for the which I could not find , the Actually is behind the the building that`s in front of their offic

The hotel's location was great!

The hotel had many customers who appeared to be on drugs, including a man who had peed his pants and a man who was arrested in the parking lot. The night staff were quite rude. Also, our toilet didn't work.

AC unit took 6 hours to cool down the room. It was over 70 degrees when we arrived at 7pm. about 2am, it got down to 60, the lowest setting and we could sleep.

No towels or shampoo, wifi did not work, pool looked horrible, wood around the door looked like termites had a feast.

Yes, everything! Room advertised with free wifi however that was not supplied. Room was disgusting and nasty. housekeeping cleaned room yet pillow was wet n case stained. Asked for fresh pillow n case at front desk, staff rude n pillow was thrown at me

Filthy room with ancient plumbing, it looked like a place for derelicts. I believe the only redeeming quality was the location and pet friendly policy. I wanted to wear a hazmat suit.

Located was perfect in relation to the Horse Park. Price was excellent for a big weekend event.

Not clean at all. Stains on everything, wall, mattresses, blankets, etc. There were permanent residents there which does not seem appropriate for a hotel/motel. Beds and pillows were VERY old.

Clean crisp sheets, room was clean, good flat screen TV

I would have liked to have a microwave.

No microwave or fridge in the room and only 1 washer and dryer for entire hotel.

It's HUGE! Nice location beautiful drive from Gtown to Bourbon tours. Great value.

The fact that they are dog friendly and the proximity to our family in Georgetown!

Nope it was what we expected and what we paid for. Great place for a great price!
