Sleep Inn Georgetown Lexington North

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was warm and tasteful, the TV worked well, the shower worked well and was nice and warm, the room was clean, it was quiet and the staff was very friendly.

The pool was cold and my kids decided it was too cold to swim in.

The service, cleanliness, and hygiene were good.

The only thing that's a little bad is the breakfast.

Very friendly check quick room was clean and they only charged 35 for a small dog!

Front desk older lady was kind and generous! Hotel looked clean. Breakfast was good and had plenty options. Pool was nice.

Room smelled like cigarettes. Hallways smelled like smoke along with laundry room also. Bathtub was clogged. Maintenance came & put Drano to help clear. Front desk offered baking soda fresh powder to remove smell. Front lady offered to change us rooms.

Didn't think it was clean as other sleep inns that we've stayed at in the past and breakfast was nearly gone at 0830.. They did put a couple more items out but they were cold and gross

The location was fine

Our first room had a tub that didn't drain. They were fairly clean rooms but the stairwells were very dirty, the staff was away from the desk all evening, hiding in the office (?) and the breakfast in the morning ran out of several things early.

The kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

Our first room still needed to be cleaned. Second room had ant infestation in the bathroom. Third room was good.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Property was clean.

It has an indoor pool and very clean. It also is easy to find, located close to restaurants and convenience stores

The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were too small for my preference.

The breakfast was not very good The TV in our room was terrible. The desk clerk had to come up 4 times The water in the pool stunk The blow drier and the socket didn't work Was not told until I checked in that I had to have a $200 cash deposit

Asked for two towels, was told she would take care of however a day later still no towels. Appears They don?t have enough staff. One gal was fixing breakfast and working front check in/out.

They required a $200.00 *cash* deposit for room, that was not told to me until checkin. Staff inflexible and curt.

Called ahead & told them we would be arriving late. The beds were made (hopefully w/clean sheets) but the room was not cleaned. Hotel had no other room option for us because "they were full". NEVER AGAIN!

I like the room and location.

We didn't like how the checked us wrong. The front desk computer was down and set up in two rooms. I told them 4 days they ended up calling on the third morning tell why we didn't check out. They changed us for the next night but my daughter couldn't stay

Very clean hotel. Places to eat nearby and gas as well.

Staff was not very friendly during check in and check out. Train on better customer service.

Hallway was dirty but room was very clean. Staff on duty at check-in didn't bother to tell us where the elevator or the breakfast room was. She seemed occupied with other things.

This hotel seemed very new, very clean! It was super close to the freeway which is what we needed since we were only stopping for a few hours of sleep. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was good!
