Convenient location, very nice young man on the desk when we checked in.

We had a handicap room. The toilet was a standard height, so low that both of us had trouble getting up. TV remote is worn out, and very difficult to get it to work. Worn out cover on the one chair in the room. Electric outlets very worn.

The WiFi was good.

There is no elevator so you have to carry all your stuff up the stairs. There seems to be a lot of drifters that live there and I did not feel particularly safe. The only thing for breakfast was a crappy old waffle maker the room smelt of mold.

Hotel was conveniently located to the interstate as well as restaurants. Room was clean and an overall decent shape.

There was cool air leaking around the front door. You could hear all of the traffic on the road in front of the hotel so it was hard to sleep.

This hotel was booked under false pretenses. I was told that this was a casino hotel and it was not. I attempted to go as I was told I would not get a refund. The hotel was completely nasty. I left and checked into another hotel down the road.

The location and look of the hotel was nice and convient

The mattress on both beds were worn to springs, very uncomfortable sleep. The cleanliness of the room was questionable. There was a receipt from Walmart from a previous occupant dated 12/12/2021 in the drawer between the beds.

The free breakfast was a bag with two small dry biscuits, with sausage, a cookie, small apple and a bottle of water.

the room was not the cleanest.the sheets and towels were in really tatered condition,the nite help acted like i was disturbing has computer game and acted like a deer in the headlights when asked any questions about the area.

The pictures were deceiving when it came to what our room would look like. The bathtub was not what we thought it was going to be. Very upset. Didn't have breakfast because of covid. They had roaches.

The lady who check me in was 5-10 minutes to get to window to check me in. Did like anything.

Hard to get help. TV remote would not turn off TV. Unplugged but TV showed static. Had to turn volume completely down and cover TV with towels. Oder in room.

Cockroaches in traps under radiator and behind the dresser in plain view. Broken toilet that tipped when you sat down and wouldn't flush. Plastic bag over the smoke detector and feces stains in a skid mark on the white bedspread!

Needed better vacuuming and dusting. Saw a 1+ inch spider crawl up the wall. Looked like feeble attempts were made to do some remodeling and they failed.

Nice staff. Good breakfast. Excellent wifi by comparison.
