The room

The rudeness of the staff. Security when asking for the check in desk and the bartender at the lobby bar.

Room was very clean and spacious - perfect for our needs.

Only complaint was the bathroom door was translucent, so when you used the bathroom with a light on, the whole room lit up. This was a problem at night / early morning when some were sleeping.

Brand New, clean, and modern

Brand new, very clean, room was large, comfy mattress, great features including mini fridge and microwave, comfy couch. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant.

Not many options for food in the area. Restaurants in the enjoining gaming hall, but not non-smoking. A bit unsettling to get food while smelling cigarette smoke.

This location is always clean and pleasant. Staff is nice and always helpful. Complimentary breakfast is always good. This is my go place when I'm in this area.

The hotel was fairly new, so it felt cleaner and the layout was nice.

Some things that didn?t work, (side bed light, sink drain needed adjusted).The bathroom door is frosted glass.If someone gets up to use the bathroom at night, it?s super bright. The bathroom is directly in front of the beds. Smoking around restaurant.

The property was very clean and well organized.

the bed in the room was probably the worst bed i have ever tried to sleep on. The mattress was so firm i was uncomfortable the whole time. I did not get any sleep.I will not be back because of the bed but everything else was good.

Inexperienced employees that work there, I booked a king-size bed, when I get there all they had was two bed rooms, I'm bringing a lady friend, that's not really romantic is it? , plus I'm handicap with two bad knees, they give me a room at the very end of the hallway from the elevator, so I go back to the front desk, then they give me handicap room, I'm handicap, but I didn't want a handicap room, because of my girl I'm with, anyway it was a bummer, I spend a ton of money there

Issues for giving it front desk and I asked for refund and the general manager never called me back to refund my money or to find out more about the situation.

Upon booking I had the options for a smoking room. Upon arrival i was told there are a non smoking room. I also booked a suite with garden view. I did not get that, and on the booking.com I booked a garden view. Otherwise, the hotel is a good one to stay at.

how clean it was

it need a handle in the shower for your wash cloth and a place for your towel when you get out of the shower and I also think they need to put garbage bags in the room.
