The bathroom sink was not draining. Informed the front desk in the morning when the manager was present and they didn't seem to care. Every time I stay at this hotel there is always some plumbing issue. Either the bath tub or the sink does not drain.

The room which was assigned wasn't a regular room. The bath room sink was small. The tub and shower water pressure was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this hotel

The price for this room type is expensive compared to other compareable hotels

Room smelled horrible from a very dirty shower curtain liner. Sleeping area had a bad odor. Water got all over the bathroom floor due to the poor shower curtain design. Room was near an exit in which it slammed all night long not having soft close.

I was reluctant because of all the different reviews. I?m glad I ignored them. The hospitality was great & clean room. The bed & pillows were comfy. I didn?t pay for the fridge or microwave on here but it had it in the room. Go eat at the Colorado grill!

Yes!!!!! I looked everywhere to make sure there was not an additional fee for dogs and I couldn?t find anything that said what the cost was. We were charged ) $25 for each of our two small dogs.

Nice and clean with a great breakfast and good coffee.

We did not get any room service, or at the very least given clean towels, during our stay. (We had to ask for clean towels AND go to the front desk to pick them up for ourselves.?they would not deliver any.)

Staff were very nice. The hotel lobby and dining area was clean.

My room was super humid even with the AC going full blast. The carpet and bed sheets were damp.

Large rooms, great food, and AMAZING staff.

The hotel keys kept needing to be rekeyed and still wouldn?t work. But I?ll definitely be back. GREAT STAY!!!

Felt very clean

I wish the pool was kept up. The walls of the pool were not clean.

Bed was comfortable

The room had a strong bad odor like still smoke that did not go away. Also, we were out of hand soap and body wash. The toilet seat was very worn and missing paint.

The pool was nice.

We saw multiple roaches crawling. Room smelled nasty like cigarettes. Told the staff about this. Was offered nothing. They had no towels out by the pool.

The room was run down, tile with missing grout, air conditioning worked, but had an odor, and so the whole room didn¿t smell very fresh.

Room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff friendly.

Difficult to get into the pool.
