Very dirty, sheets were dirty, floors dirty, bathroom disgusting… worst hotel I’ve ever experienced

Nothing was as advertised.

They say they have an indoor pool but it's seasonal. Charged extra at the door for the same thing I had booked online. Bathroom was moldy and shower was peeling horribly. And their "breakfast" was nothing except white toast or cold cereal.

Electrical plugs were lacking in this room. My phone charger did not work initially plugged into lamp next to bed. I bought a terminal strip at Dollar Tree. The lamp next to bed is powered by an extension cord that goes about 15 feet away.

On the adds, it says it has pool and breakfast. But, the pool is not functional and breakfast is very weak; only creal, bread and coffee.

Everything about it was horribleThe lights didn't work in the room. The staff was exceptionally rude. When I tried to address an issue the manager literally screamed at me that because I was a woman I needed to shut up, listen to what he said then leave.

We had two rooms neither had TV and neither bathroom door closed it was dirty and it did not have a heated pool and the breakfast was very slim

The location

I was very itchy after sleeping in the bed also the heat didn¿t work well so the room was freezing and it took awhile for the host to greet me at the counter I waited for 30 minutes.

There were no hooks, towel bars or grab bars in bathroom. Sink had no drain plug. Toilet seat cover came off first time it was used. The hallway was never vacuumed. The free breakfast wasn't very good. Pool wasn't open.

New management

The pool wasn't open as advertised. There were cock roaches ALL OVER the ROOM!

The place looked nothing like it showed online the rooms were not clean the light barely worked description said nothing about the pool being closed which was the main reason I chose it

Was a roach in the bathroom toilet was for a midget and blood on the blanket when we walked in no internet supposedly shut off at 9 well I got finished with my class and it was shut off at 8 and the TV had the wrong batteries so I used my Hotspot laptop

The towels were very soft

Roaches, bed had a huge dip in it. Questionable guests. We left to visit family and came back to our door open, knowing that I shut it because it had to be slammed. 255 characters is not enough.

I left some clothes and the staff was not helful.

The bed was clean and it was convenient

Cockroaches in bath and hand bar in shower fell off. Security lock didn't work. Holes in walls and door. Fridge leaking all over floor. Worst hotel of my life.

Absolutely nothing. My stay there was terrible.

Mold smell, sticky stuff on top of the nightstand and front of fridge, filthy dirty, roach infested, hole in bathroom ceiling from roof leak, shower water wouldn¿t get hot, door wouldn¿t close from outside without slamming it, burns on comforter, Gross!!!

The room smelled funny, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the ¿breakfast¿ was laughable. They literally did not provide any butter or jam for toast and biscuits that were out. No fruit, no yogurt (both continental breakfast staples).

Filthy disgusting rooms! Looks like it hadn¿t been cleaned in months! Holes in walls and doors! Found a razor blade on the floor! And ROACHES! Left after finding roaches and they refused to refund!! Highly recommend staying somewhere else anywhere else!

Not clean at all. First they make me change reservation to a bigger bed which I never had this problem before. Then the room they gave me was not clean. Not refund however they relocated me the other room was ok
