Mattresses were rather soft, lumpy and uncomfortable

Freeway noise. 75 dollar pet rate seemed very high. Most places charge 25. Left hotel before breakfast was available. Not available until 7 am. So only able to grab a piece of fruit. Should have early bird continental available?

Pet friendly. Restaurant/bar in hotel yet close to other restaurants. Rooms comfortable

Breakfast was $18.00 for nothing special. Usually you get a breakfast included at most hotels Also, the bed sheets were tucked in too far at the feet side. There was not any sheet or blanket at your shoulders.

I liked the location it was close to restaurants and stores for shopping.. I like how the staff Andre was very polite and how he accommodated me and my family¿

Staff was nice and accommodating.

The website advertises room service, but when I asked, I was told they didn¿t have it. They might want to update their website, as that was a factor in choosing the hotel. They did have a restaurant that luckily we were just s me to place an order.

Breakfast ended not being free and wasn¿t warned it wasn¿t before we ate so got an addition $58 charge on top of already expensive room. Couldn¿t enjoy pool because it was over taken by baseball team

Room was clean and comfortable. Great location while traveling. 12:00 check out is nice so no rushing

Restaurant was closed on a Saturday evening. Breakfast is too expensive

The room itself was really nice. I like how it was set up/decorated.

The hotel was so close to the expressway and the noise made it hard to sleep (my room was on expressway side). They should have invested in better sound proofed windows. I will not stay at that location again.

(breakfast hostess) is a Godsend¿¿. She went above and beyond.I¿m forever grateful ¿¿. It¿s impossible to get an Uber, Lyft or taxi in Etown! hotel employee saw me struggling to find a ride. She gave me a ride to my appt & to airport after!!! ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿

Nothing standing out

This is the first Hilton Garden, which was not only dirty but filthy, by its own standard. I cleaned their air conditioner went, which had piles of dust. Carpet was dirty everywhere.Unbelieveable, if Hilton Garden Inn, can be this worst, where else to go?

Check in and out process was easy.

Bedding comforter felt stiff and paper like. The pillows were plush and the bed was very firm. Didn¿t sleep well due to discomfort. The shower door wouldn¿t stay closed. The $14 breakfast price was very unreasonable.

The inside is beautiful. Very up to date furniture and area. The room was cozy and clean!

The inside pool was freezing cold. It was difficult for even my children to enjoy.

No mask enforcement, hardly anyone wearing a mask even though it was required!!

Close to restaurant and main road. It was all good

I put it on PayPal but still shows on my debit card.

Clean,rooms perfect, beds excellent. Staff very helpful.

Close to good food, easy access to interstate, fair rates.

Rooms were cleaned everyday. Most the staff were nice, some not so much. Great location, something to eat just in walking distance.

The last two nights were loud, kids running up and down halls till midnight. Pounding on our room door in the middle of the night. The last night kids playing football in the parking lot hitting cars with the ball. Not forcing people to wear a mask.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Worth the money.

Mobility accessible room was very large and comfortable.

In the mobility accessible bathroom, please add higher handicap toilets. The standard toilets are too low.
