Hampton Inn Elizabethtown

The hotel and rooms were extra clean, felt safe staying there. Staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Always had a smile and a greeting.

The Price was okay and location was amazing!

At check in she gave us the wrong room putting us in a double size bed, I was very unhappy with this, what's the point of booking a room if they don't put you in the room you booked. But when my husband went in there the next day, we got our room.

We were told we had reserved a double room double bed room with sofa. When we arrived we had a double bed one room no sofa. No rooms left

Clean, comfortable bedding, quiet, great staff. Complimentary breakfast was very good and everything we expected.

Toilet was too low in our room but was ok in restroom in lobby area.

Location just off the interstate. Hampton Inn are usually reliable.

Temperatures dropped to 34 degrees and we had no heat all night. The fan was not working. We had to run the shower to get heat in the morning to dress. The alarm clock could not be set. Not up to Hampton Inn's standard.

Pleasant & helpful staff. The room was very clean and of sufficient size. Complimentary breakfast provided nice selection & enough table space.

Great location with multiple restaurants in the area.

Our first room had toilet issues and unsanitary issues with bedding. We had to move to another room.

We arrived at the hotel and were told we didn't have reservations and they were full

The pool was closed and the breakfast bar ran out of sausage by 8 AM.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable, which was important! We drove from Gulf Shores AL. on our way back to Indiana. So we were tired and looking forward to a good night's sleep.

The only issue was that the stopper on the bathroom sink was broken, so the water pooled in the sink. It's not a huge deal since we were only staying overnight. I reported it to the desk at checkout. I was assured that maintenance would be notified.

Okay, I guess

Ants in our room. Biting ants! They came and sprayed, but they were still crawling around. Made me uncomfortable. They should have offered us a better room.

Breakfast was nice.

This room was for my 19 year old son. SAFETY was a must. Upon making a request for the time of arrival and receiving a confirmation that a 6:00 pm arrival would be accommodated, the room given was unclean. The second room was already occupied. Third option was to wait while the first room was cleaned. My son was already exhausted and had to wait. Finally got in his room and was relaxing just for other people to barge in with a key. They had been given his room # as well. That was TWICE that my level of safety was not met. I’m completely dissatisfied.
