Clean an everything worked in room. Employees were very polite. Breakfast was great. Wifi worked perfect.

Nothing I didn't stay there but still got charge because I was a local

Cleanliness

Many facilities like pool, bathroom, juice machine do not work. Breakfast selection is poor and inadequate. There is no basic things like potatoes, yoghurt and apple juice.

Clean and quiet.

Room smelled a bit musty when I first entered. I turned on the AC and it cleared up.

The staff at this hotel were fabulous!! The room was clean and comfortable. They have a nice patio on the side for sitting and enjoying the surrounding farmland.

It was clean as a 4 or 5 star hotel especially the breakfast area

Yes, the room had bugs! Took pictures to the front desk and they did nothing. The staff was rude and refused to let them speak with a manager. Our guest was from out of town and it was an embarrassment how they were treated.

This hotel was old, needed a thorough cleaning and updating. Continental breakfast was terrible..no choices of any kind.

The room was dirty. Bath tub had some mold. The shampoo and conditioner had been used.

We used to say at this location every 4th of July. In the beginning after their remodel it was fantastic, but since then has declined. I will not go here ever again.

I've tried staying there each year and has been worse and worse. I booked this hotel and specific room in mind and did NOT receive that room. Also the products in the bathroom were used and he trash had things in it. The smell was bad due to the sprinkler

Needs some way to mitigate the moisture in the bathroom after several showers.

Bugs were in room and the manager accused us of having 2nd dog which wasn't true. We only had ONE dog.

The hotel was disgusting, old and dirty. Definitely not worth the money. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all.
