Comfort Inn & Suites Berea

Bathroom was very clean, shower curtain covered all of the shower, loved the lotion and shower soaps. Pool was easy to access, would have been better with a bit warmer water.

Would like two additional large towels only had 3, plus bath mat, two wash clothes, two hand towels.

The location

Beds need to be softer and breakfast needs to be a step up ny serving crispy bacon, frittatas, and unflavored greek plain yogurt. Your yogurt selections all have high sugar in them.

The stuff they spray in the room. It wasn't cleaning solution smell it was like they spray a scent ...too strong

The location was perfect. Near the expressway, fuel, restaurants, and a big box store!

Extremely loud air conditioning with a smell in the room. No iron or ironing board in room. No washcloths. Not actually queen beds but shorter full size bed mattress.

I loved the friendly check in I received and the breakfast was very good. Tho room was very clean and tidy with a good selection of lights and charging locations.

I couldn't pull up a channel guide on the TV. I only mention this because I am trying to be selective with my entertainment and keep it family appropriate. But it's not a big issue just thought it was strange a little.

Had an issue with loud, drunken guests in room next to us after a long day of travel. Front desk staff did what they could and should be commended- not their fault that some people were inconsiderate. This went on from 11:45 until 2:30am. Long night.

The room and the cleaning staff were very helpful and professional.

There wasn't enough staff to accommodate all the guests at this hotel.

Breakfast was disappointing. More of a continental breakfast than hot breakfast as advertised. No microwave ovens in rooms to heat your food and beverage. Television had to be reset periodically with TV outlet behind the refrigerator making it difficu

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

The ice machine was out of order. The hotel didn¿t have a hot tub or a lot of amenities.

It was very clean

We picked this hotel because it had Jacuzzi rooms and all of their Jacuzzi rooms were broken. I excepted it first because I knew they had a hot tub the hot tub is nonexistent. Breakfast was disgusting. The beds were hard as bricks all 3 beds awful.

Staff very friendly and engaging Breakfast host worked hard keeping everything full and clean.

the convenience to the highway and the kids loved the pool.

the double occupancy rooms should really have at least queen size beds. Even my 7 and 3 year old had a hard time sharing a double size bed. We got NO SLEEP. Please consider this upgrade to the double occ rooms.

The breakfast 'woman was outstanding.

Room was a little small compared to other hotels but ok. The town is dry maybe there could be an icon for this
