Friendly staff

They were out of 90% of breakfast food and drink, so we had to go out to eat. They hadn’t kept the heat on after the last time cleaned. Room was 52*. Wall heater and running blow dryer to heat it up. Took long time to heat. Smokey smell after warming

Friendliness of the staff, nice clean rooms. Cozy bed. Breakfast was nice.

Construction noise. Did not show in the listing nor mentioned by the Holiday Inn reservation line. Misinfo from reservation line re dog fee. They said $10/night. When we got there it was $50/night. Receptionist was snotty about that!

Refrigerator did not work, elevator did not work (we were on the 3rd floor:-(

Given wrong room type, elevator was broken and the AC in the room was not very cool

Very clean hotel. Beds comfortable. Room was spacious. Very good breakfast. Good location. Staff friendly. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Quiet, clean, great breakfast, nice staff.

Very comfortable and spacious room. We had no problem fitting four of us and two bicycles. The breakfast was good even though the pancake maker was out of service. Great location just off the interstate. No regrets about booking a room here.

As usual, the TV was louder than we cared for in the breakfast room. Of course, we'd prefer not to hear the insipid chatter of the teleprompter readers at all while dining. Wouldn't that be a refreshing change?

Breakfast times 6:00-9:00 Most repeated stays, those who travel for work are early risers and don¿t get to enjoy .

Gave the front desk employee instructions for clean towels; did not receive them. Was assured that our room would be supplied. Had to go back to the front desk at the end of the day to get clean towels.

Clean, people friendly. Woman working front desk when I checked in gave me a great idea for a place to eat.

Great location for our needs, common areas and our room were clean and well appointed and quiet.Our room was spacious and comfortable.

The shower curtain was mildewy and had a sour smell.

Arguing and trying to talk with thethe woman at the front desk when checking-in. And she charged my card for insedentials $50, which still hasn't been reimbursed yet, so I will call back to ask why, it's just too much stress when we should enjoy our trip.
