Location and price
My room was nice and warm, when I entered. There was No smell of smoke, just as I had requested. The T.V. worked just fine. The motel was easy to get to. the clerk was very nice and told me of a nice place that I could eat, that was very close.

Cons -

Dirty, the microwave and refrigerator were beyond useable due to the lack of cleanliness.
Dirty, sheets with stains, ice machine broke, ac not working correctly.
No wifi as advertised. No real breakfast. Basic room but, after taxes, added fees for 1 extra adult ( we had two queen beds and 3 adults total ) and a pet fee, you end up paying the same as you would for nicer motel/hotel down the road.
