Pros +
- Central location in town, easy to walk to shops and restaurants, wonderful plated breakfast every day included (not a buffet!), White noise machine in the room which was really helpful due to traffic noise!
- The rooms are large and the beds very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to assist us with our trip. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.
- The historical value of the building and the surrounding area. The room itself was comfortable. Daniel Boone room.
Cons -
- Bathroom vanity too small to be functional when traveling. Only one awkward lamp so that made reading in bed difficult!
- The room could have been a little cleaner--some small items left on the carpet.
- Front desk was rude. Food was terrible for the price. Eat early they lock the doors at 9 and leave. No exit/reentry available after 9. No paranormal activity. Lots of equipment but nothing

The history,, architecture, and proximity to local shops and restaurants.
Great spot in the middle of town. We loved the free audio tour with details on the hotels history. The included breakfast was served directly to our table and the hotel did a good job of allowing for social distancing. Smart TV and wifi were good.
Room was not good, somewhat clean, no soap in rooms, staff very snobby & not nice, food was horrific, I love the town I love the area it's a shame that this place has went downhill it used to be a good place very disappointed.ps. Wi-Fi internet not work
Everything
Unique Inn with a ton of history. Very clean and charming. The hotel is mostly original, meaning no electronic locks or elevators; this was a plus and adds to the experience.
The employees were amazing and the history was so interesting
The dinner at the tavern was OK but not great
Wonderful historic inn. Quaint room which felt full of history though updated for today. Great staff, good food and close to all the points of interest.
WiFi was a bit iffy.
Liked the historical character of the hotel. Very clean and what I expected from a building that is 240 yrs old. We were there on a weeknight so it was quiet they have music on the weekends and our room would have been directly over where the bands play
Staff and location
The room was very small and tight with the furniture. The bath was also small and the tub / shower was cramped and difficult to use. Not worth the money.
Location downtown was great, staff was very friendly and helpful! I love historic building so this place was great to me for that experience.
Music played at the bar downstairs and was loud but we pretended we had a front row seat and just enjoyed it. It might bother some, so if you reserve the Daniel Boone room over the weekend be prepared for that. Overall fun experience in a historic site!
Great location . Friendly staff.

The location was perfect for our short trip to the Bourbon capital of the world.
We loved the hospitality and the history of the establishment.
