- Location & that it was new and modern
- lobby was nice. Room was ok. Location was good
- Amazing customer service, cleanliness, ease of access to interstate.
Cons -
- Took 3 tries to get the keys to work which left us walking around the building in the rain. TV remote didn't work right, hallways were too cold to use the pool or hot tub without fear of getting sick. Elevators would only go up not down
- Was expecting the pool and hot to be working. Neither of the were working. The hotel lost its liquor license, so they could not sell any beer at the bar area And then lost hot water in my room for 2 of the 6 days I was there.
