When you walked in it has a weird smell and it is HOT and the air is moist. The side door on the building doesn?t lock so anyone can just walk in. The dead bolt on our door didn?t lock properly so we shoved an ironing board underneath the door

Tv was small no pool breakfast was limited few bugs card was not working half the time

I liked they left me alone. I needed alone time and they gave it to me. That was so great.

I didn't like the coffee pot. I like to make alot but couldn't. I brought my own blend but couldn't because they only had two pods and I would of much rather us my own.

Close to the interstate. Quiet

Construction around hotel. Pool was not working. Bedding was subpar.

Pool still closed because of covid and didnt know until we checked in (should say that online), son was really sad.

The pool and hot tub were closed but that wasn't advertised when we booked the hotel. The place smelled smoky and was very old and outdated. We didn't feel safe leaving our room after we checked in. If we had known, we never would have booked this hotel

The man at the desk was awful at check in. Then gave me a room right at the top of the stairs that needed maintenance done to the air conditioning and bathtub. It was awful there

Friendly staff and clean.

The bathroom is so tiny every time I shut the door it would hurt my foot with the door.

The young lady who checked us in, Hotel employee was very cordial and helpful.

The breakfast was standard, but the coffee was terribable. The sheet on our bed was threadbare and had a rip. The towels were thin also. The upholstery was dirty on the Ottoman.

I appreciated the service and the desk clerk was very friendly and had our paperwork already printed. Also the location had many restaurants and retail stores within walking distance.

The proximity to the highway and places to eat was perfect.

There was a lot of chlorine in the pool and hot tub. It was overwhelming and difficult to stay in the area for a long period of time.

Hotel was much better than I had expected after reading negative reviews. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

It was very grubby around the edges, carpet in deplorable shape, many stains on a dirty bedspread, a bad smell in the room, painters working in the hallways (in the road & messy)& many sharp nails sticking out where baseboard had been pulled out in room.

There was a plastic fork on the floor of our"clean" room.The room was supposed to be non smoking but you could smell the smoke in the room and there were burn marks on the bathroom sink.The shower rod wasnt level. The door stuck. NOT a 2.5 facility.

Location

No elevator. I was put on the second floor. Had to drag my luggage up the stairs, broke the handle on my suitcase. Room had a sofa that had very large stains on it. The carpet dirty & stained. Knob to turn on water in bathtub full of mold. Room was hot.

Hotel bed were very uncomfortable. Air conditioner didn't seem to work very well. Was very hot at night. 8:00 in the morning heard nothing but the housekeeping yelling/talking with each other. Will not stay here again!

Absolutely nothing.

The immediate stench upon entering. The unprofessional appearance of front desk. The nasty outdated decor, carpet, and pretty much everything was nasty. The horrible bed and sheets. We counted no less than 65 holes in our top sheet alone....

Good location and price. Room was clean enough as far as the bed and shower go.

Old beat up countertops. The bathroom door doesn't work with the shower curtain sticking out. Had to go past the door that didn't open all the way and squeeze in to close the door.
