Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburg Kansas Crossing

Adjoining casino.

Although not in the room very often, random TV stations would simply "go off-air". Strange, but not really a biggie.

Hotel is very very clean and staff are very friendly.

The attached casino allows smoking and smells as such. No bueno.

Very nice rooms very clean.

Long walk to the elevator for it being a non smoking.

Bed was comfortable. Fitness center was nice. Everything except the cleanliness was good.

Way to many ants crawling on the desk. I must've killed 15 or 20. Plus I woke up in the morning with a bug bite of some kind on my ear. Shower wasn't very clean.

Dog friendly and friendly staff

The smoke from the casino

The room and bathroom were really clean. The decor was pleasing and comfortable. The heating system worked very well. I really liked the size and configuration of the shower. My brothers enjoyed the workout room. Enjoyed coffee available all day.

Room was clean and sanitized, and was smoke-free. The staff was over the top friendly. They helped with getting flowers for my wife to the room, and even put a special message to her on a chalk board in the lobby. Very nice. Restaurant was good.

More bad--attached casino allows smoking so first floor of hotel smells like smoke. Breakfast was prepackaged mess. Hotel is only 3 or 4 years old but every sconce light cover in hallways are melted and broken. Half the lights in room were not working.

Beds were very hard. Required a mask. Gave us the wrong room. When moved to second room one key card would not work. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Other rooms left their trash and dirty towels in hall,as requested by staff, but no one ever picked it up...

It was right on our travel route.

Noise from upstairs and next door rooms was annoying, otherwise the room was fine.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Great every time I have stayed here. the front desk mgr. was super friendly and helpful. She greeted you with Hello of a see ya soon.

The only thing I say that could be better, is to make it where you can bill the restaurant charges to your room. Still not a deal breaker.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Granted it is pretty new. Either way, cleanest/nicest option in Pittsburg.

It took an hour and half to check in

Bathroom door was a barn door; not enough privacy

I was very impressed with the hotel and cleanliness. The room size was wonderful for our needs.
