- Was initially assigned a room that hadn't been serviced by housekeeping that day (bed looked slept in, towels on bathroom floor). Front desk clerk said his records indicated it HAD been. Still, he apologized profusely and have me the rm next to it.

No handicaped bathroom,no handicaped room,no fridg no microway no secruity camerias working.Nothing we ask for.our car parked in front and someone broke the antennal off. Oh no breakfast.

Everything was dirty¿ walls had crap all over them, light fixtures were broke, air conditioner barely worked, tv was fuzzy and didn¿t work correctly. They were supposed to have breakfast available each day, but none was provided our entire week stay.
There was an oder in our room. The room had one double bed when I was expecting a king size bed. The pool was out of order. The grass was 12 inches high around the whole property. Breakfast consisted of a honey bun, granola bar and water.

A lot of trash on the outside of the building. Parking lot had tons of potholes. Elevator was hard to find. No trash can in the restroom. The toilet was not anchored to the floor. The shower floor was extremely slick. Only 1 pillow

It had a bad odor, door windows, floors, filthy. Inside lobby and hallways smelled of smoke. I thought this was a hotel chain. Obviously independently owned and not kept up.

Sliding bathroom door kept coming off track and toilet leaked after every flush.

The hotel is infested with roaches. Spoke to front desk operations as well as owner MANAGER in regards to the roach problem. His response was that be because of my profession, I was trying to scam him. He requested photos in which I in turn emailed pics.

It was dirty. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing, there was mattresses all done the hallway making it narrow and difficult to walk down with luggage. They had bed bugs and was heating rooms to get rid Of them.
