I thought the location was excellent! It was right in the middle of everything that we needed. Very active and progressive location, close to the interstate, stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly, most of the interaction was at checking in, a little at checkout, but totally friendly staff. I thought that the exercise facility was very nice, very satisfied with the Peleton bike, which I will now purchase one having had the opportunity to preview at the hotel. The lobby was clean, bright and welcoming.

I did not like that our room wasn't serviced. We had to secure towels from the front desk as we thought that our room would be cleaned having seen the cleaning staff next door when we were leaving. We were gone for most of the day, so to come back to the find that the room had not been cleaned was disappointing. Also felt that the bathroom was too small, one vanity, and toilet that would not consistently flush, which defeated the water saving process. Also toilet seat needed to be tightened, and a bit surprised that soft close seats are not standard practice. I also thought it interesting that the time the staff cleaned the room, they did not take the tip we left. Maybe that balanced out the day before when they did not clean???
