Within walking distance to everything in Aggieville
Location. Nice new hotel.
Location, outdoor patio area to watch sports, sit in the sun and in the evenings use the outdoor heaters. Also LOVE the free parking, very dog friendly

Cons -

The inside of elevator doesn't show what floor it is on or whether it is moving.
Bistro was closed Sunday night and Monday. Elevators were not working properly. Overnight parking charge, which was a surprise. Hotel has seemed to to have gone downhill since it's opening.
