The staff were all very friendly
They were willing to work with me on complaints
The staff was friendly and attentive.

Cons -

I did not get the room i booked. I payed for a deluxe and that's not what we got. We were told that all the rooms were booked so I couldn't get a different one. We also did not have light in the bathroom to do makeup for more than half our stay
Yes. They did not to my refund on the room
The air conditioning was out in my room and the staff knew it. The lady at the front desk told me that my room air conditioning has always been a problem

Bugs in room; no ceiling light; 1 of 2 lights by bed did not work; sink had brown water; tub faucet would not shut off; floor very dirty; no facial tissues, shampoo or conditioner; ceiling panels not in place; thin walls and lots of noise from floor above
