Cons -

There wasn't a coffee pot or Keurig available in the room. Coffee was not available in the lobby either. The pool was closed for maintenance.
We arrived at the hotel to find it closed! No one from the hotel bothered to let me know that they were closed for remodel or to cancel my reservation.
There were cookie crums left under the sheets from the previous attendees in the room.
