No a/c in room very hard old mattress

There was a fire at the hotel. The staff wasn’t knowledgeable about the protocol to handle the situation from calling 911 to issuing refunds etc. The front desk clerk was the first to be notified and later stated she didn’t “see” a fire.

Nothing. It was horrible in every way. Unsafe area. VERY dirty (trash in bathroom, hair in bed, etc.), and the whole place reeked of cigarette smoke so much that my eyes burned. Had to leave just after check-in to go somewhere else.

Incidentals was way too high. Room was not clean. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat. Window shades were broken. Didn't smell very nice..

The shower in that particular room was bad

There was nothing we liked about this hotel.

Graffiti on the exterior, exterior doors didn't lock, trashy exterior, bath tub didn't drain, toilet didn't flush correctly, noisy, TV didn't work properly, General condition was run down, poor maintenance work. Worst hotel I've been at in a long time.

It was quiet.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged and dirty. Plus the tub drain was broken.

It was awful! The girl working that evening was no where to be found for quite awhile. Then she shows up talking with a male on speaker phone as she?s asking personal identifying questions from me with this man still on the phone laying on the counter!

My bathroom sink overflowed with black water, they said they was having me back 35.00. AINT SEEN IT YET.

The bed was comfortable and it's super close to KU Medical

The TV didn't work, the fridge didn't work, the laundry facility was filled with laundry for hours and front desk refused to help, this hotel is only good for sleeping do nor expect anything else

The cleaning people would come to your room early.Wake you up.I ask if you were staying in a lot of the brewery roots

This property is clearly dated. The owner has tried to update it, but they went the inexpensive route. The carpet is very dirty. If you went barefooted then got in the shower one could tell how dirty the carpet was. The eggs at breakfast were horrible.

Pool was closed and pool area unclean. Exterior doors needs to be repaired or replaced.

False advertising of pool and shuttle bus. Pool was closed with the tarp caving in. Shuttle van had 2 flat tires

It claims to be a non-smoking hotel, but we saw staff smoking in the hallway. The hallway always smelled of smoke. The rooms weren't bad. We had to ask to have our key reset 4 times as it kept expiring and we could not get into our room.
