Location to hospital

Yes, I do not appreciate the desk clerk asking me why I'm there. This hotel is right across from a major hospital. This is the third time I have been there in the past 6 months and they asked every time.

A suite (not studio) in this hotel is a long room with a sofa bed on one end and a king or queen bed on the other end, a mini-fridge and a coffee pot, 2 disposable plastic cups and 2 disposable coffee cups. The shower was private but nothing else!

Clean, there Dove soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Nice and quiet. Comfortable bed.

The price was too high, but we paid it because it was close to the Hospital where we need to be in the morning.

Quiet, clean and convenient. My only issue is I wish there had been higher water pressure in the shower.

The parking was free

The a/c barely worked. The shower was located in a strange spot and was tiny. The low flow in the shower is less than ideal.

Nice room lots of restaurants within walking distance, breakfast was great probably the best hotel breakfast i have had

the only thing at all is the doors are super loud when they closed and unfortunately the room next door opened and closed their door frequently til 2 am

I would not stay here! It is dangerous.

My husband and son discovered there was no heat in their room on a night where temps were dangerously cold. He went down to the front desk twice to ask for help and was told nothing could be done. Unacceptable! The outlet and plug were burned and melted.

Very accommodating on check in time. Room clean, breakfast good. We are mostly interested in the perfect location for our purpose. Staff is friendly.

Rooms are not very insulated for sound.

The parking was easy to use. The local food options enhance this hotel.

Housekeeping should not verify if guests are still in their rooms by knocking on all the doors at 0830 in the morning. Especially if checkout is at 1200. I understand if that¿s when housekeeping starts cleaning rooms but it made us confused and nervous.

Very close to KU Medical Center. Extremely clean, friendly staff.

It was the only reasonable priced hotel in Kansas City Kansas vs Missouri.

The front staff was a jokester. We asked for restaurant recommendations and he sent us to a restaurant that was insanely priced and he told us we didn¿t need to dress us, he said he always wears his flip flops, complete lie!!

Our check in was smooth and inviting. Breakfast times were explained thoroughly. Key access required in the elevator to room floors.

Only 1 chair in the room.

Location, plenty of parking, cleanliness and service.

Would be nice to have a TV that was large enough to see from the bed. Something closer to 30" rather than a 20".

Rooms were clean and great location. Easy check-in and parking.

I was not impressed with the smell of marijuana smoke in multiple areas of the hallways. I realize that KC does not prosecute marijuana possession anymore, but allowing to smoke inside the hotel is not a good choice.
