Warm pool

The elevator didn?t work and my husband is disabled and they wouldn?t give us a room on ground floor..

Kids running up and down in halls and room Above us. Keep us up all night. That was 2 nights. Me and my grown girls come down for black friday weekend ever year. Don't think next year it will be here.

Staff was very helpful

The room next to us was beingworked on and the paint smell was a little strong but had the window open in a nice weekend and it all worked out.

Very convenient to stores and restaurants.

The mattress may need to be replaced soon. Sagged and felt soft but worn out.

The location was excellent and they are doing remodeling so I am guessing the remodeled rooms will be better than ours.

Front desk staff was rude when we were checking in. Our room had stains all over the carpet, the heating and cooling in our room worked poorly, the bathroom had a sewer smell if we didn't leave the fan running and the door propped open.

Location. Needed sheet comfort set due to an accident. Told housekeeping were the only people that could change. . They only brought comforter while we were out and left on bed we stripped. Had to get sheet set and change our selves anyway!! ??????????

Door didn¿t latch with out pushing hard. Found door not secure after housekeeping brought only comforter while we were out. Fridge didn¿t work. Bath fan didn¿t function. Front staff was short and unprofessional. Had to raise voice to get help in lob

Location was great. Breakfast was really good. Everything was clean.

The light above the mirror in the bathroom didn¿t work, and our room was really muggy and kind of musty smelling but overall we would come back

Location was convenient, staff was kind and informative.

The carpet is in need of cleaning. Pack of gum found on floor behind ottoman as well as an outlet without a cover.

I love the area it¿s in.

The bathroom ceiling leaked the whole night until in the morning. I called the front desk to report it, but I didn¿t hear anything back. The bathroom floor was all wet and I laid towels down on the floor to try soaking up the water.

Convenience of location

The room door was broken you could tell it had been broken into, no drain cover over the drain in the bathroom, minimal staff, had to search for breakfast items as no one was keeping up with the breakfast the morning we were there.

Walking distance to the soccer game and also very close to the casino.

Had to go downstairs for an ice machine, staff was a little disorganized when we checked in (after 330).

It was clean and breakfast was great.

Lady working desk was more concerned about her phone calls on her cell than people checking in. Took some of us 30 minutes to check in. There was a line and she kept answering her phone. She would walk outside to talk also leaving people waiting to checki

Everything about this Hotel was wonderful. Checkin was a little slow, but over all. It was perfect. Breakfast was great, coffee was good. The room we had was very clean, well the whole part of the hotel was very clean.

Location

Hotel staff was extremely rude via phone. Canceled my room after mobile checkin and refused to assist in finding an alternative hotel. Room was prebooked 6 months ago. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with guest services to report the experience.

Check in times and quiet location

The beds weren't very comfortable

Breakfast had extra touches to make it special: strawberry sauce, whipped cream, Carmel sauce for waffles. Hot cookies and diffused water at check in. Clean, well stocked coffee/tea bar 24/7 in lobby. Clean pool area.

Need sugar free syrup available in breakfast bar.

There was a lot. Pool had a sign that it was closed for construction so we didn¿t swim the day we arrived like we wanted to but then I saw kids in there the next day and the sign was still posted. Front desk said it opened 2 days ago but they sign was up.

The hotel was clean and we got checked in quickly.

The pool needed to be cleaned.
