Clean and friendly staff.

Having to pay an additional fee for parking. This should be included in the hotel cost.

Nice clean room,

The bed was not comfortable, our keys did nor work, the maintenance man had to come and fix the door. He was very nice as was the front desk person. We had ordered the breakfast buffet, and nothing was ready. The cook did cook some eggs, very disappointed

You could not connect to Netflix, paid parking, shady area with a lot of homeless nearby, bed squeaked, carpet wet, WiFi was weak so could not get work done.

Close to the location I worked out of.

They never cleaned my room the 4 days I stayed there. My trash cans were overflowing, the kleenex was empty, and I had to ask foe clean towels every day.

Location was close to everything and felt safe.

The remote control for our blinds to our window didn't work. I rang the front desk 4 times on different occasions and no one ever picked up every single time.

The room and the location

I stayed 4 nights. After I came back to my room on the afternoon of the second day Housekeeping did not take care of room. I called the front desk and was told that they have a new policy that they do not service rooms any longer. No fresh towels.

Staff was superb, the "front desk" so responsive and helpful. I would like to especially highlight employee who had great rapport, but the two others when asked came up with excellent referrals for what I was asking. Kudos to all

No nosh in the morning included in rate - unlike most other places I stayed at least a little, though varied. Easily could have been done here.

The parking garage was nice. The room was big&clean. They even left a small package of makeup wipes with the toiletries. For me it's the small stuff that makes a big difference.

Location

No service provided. With Covid I would want to make sure your rooms are cleaned and towels are fresh. But that was not provided even though it was requested everyday.

I have to tell you that in my bed there were many long hair, surely it was a lady's hair, and even in the shower, I did not complain because I left in a hurry, but I just wanted to leave you my comment, I hope it serves to improve your excellent service,

Room was clean quiet and comfortable. Close to sports venue and downtown.

Staff didn't explain that buffet breakfast wasn't free. No hot tub even though it's pictured.

Great facility and rooms, helpful staff, close to downtown Kansas City, MO, parking was free, coffee was free in the morning.

I wasnt aware breakfast was not included, and it was too expensive for my husband and I to justify paying for.

Shuttle service and staff great..

We pick hotel based on spa/hot tub..there was not one although they had it in their pictures and listings...hard beds

The bed were very comfortable. Slept very well.

I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. The hot tub hadnt been working for months. No water pressure in the shower, cleaned our room and didnt restock anything, the shuttle stopped earlier then said time. pop machine took my money.

Shuttle driver told us shuttle ended at midnight so when we called for pickup at 1115 we're told ended at 1030 and we were too late. There were five of us so couldn't get into regular cab. had to pay 2 fares to go in car cab.

Proximity to downtown KCMO, room was very clean, had a Keurig, pool and hot tub were good, fitness room was better than expected, hotel bar had a great selection, staff was very accomodating.

Questionable neighborhood, room a little small, no breakfast included.

Easy, quick access to downtown. If i wanted to drink the taxi trip was only $10.

When I first checked in ther was a glitch in their syetem, saying that I had canceled, but because I had all my confirmation information and in no small way some great customer service personnel, the matter was quickly resolved.
