- Wasn?t expecting this to be anything great, but bad even for BWP . Hotel smelled bad, several parts kind of torn apart of under construction, I guess? Pool shut down by health dept. staff rude. The other hotels nearby are way nicer/newer for about same $
- The pool & hot tub not available. I called specifically to ask prior to rreserving rm. It was very disappointing to find out the reservation agent spoke inaccurately. 2. Breakfast staff screamed 20+ min. I shut door to kitchen, did not stop them.
- Had a sewer smell in the lobby and elevator didn?t work sometimes. No hot water on the last day.
