I liked that they had disinfectant wipes in the lobby, seemed clean & was pretty quiet for us.

The pillows were terrible

The hotel was convenient to both the highway and downtown and very clean and modern.

Walls were thin so we could hear a lot of what was going on in neighboring rooms, and there isn't much in the immediate vincinity.

We enjoyed the large room. It had place to sit apart from the sleeping area. Refrigerator, dishwasher, nice shower. Great place to stay.

Everything was perfect. Check in, breakfast , cleanliness, parking.

I called the night before and stopped by front desktop to remind them to clean our room. We left at 9am. When we returned after 5pm NOTHING had been done. No clean towels, Trish not emptied...they didn't enter the room...period and no explation why!!!

I liked the pool

The people in the room next to us we're so loud it kept us up half the night I woke up with a sore back and a crooked neck and there's twice that I asked staff for a question about how things worked and they were very rude to me over all very unsatisfied

The room was handicap accessible, i.e. it had grab bars all around the bathroom. I'm 70 years old and those bars make it easier to move around safely. It was also a very large room and very quiet.

Television was fairly small screen. It was in the living room, or TV room. It was not easy to see the screen from the bad room.

Had complete kitchen,lots of room and loved having a pool and fitness area and complementary breakfast, very quiet room

Thee bed was so so so comfortable and I got the rest I needed. I m glad the hotel was near my job it made it very easy to get to work that day! The hotel was very nice

The bathroom to me should have had a door attach to it? It would be okay if it is one person in the room but if you have friends then the privacy is out the window

The rooms in this all-suite hotel are very spacious. The hotel staff is welcoming and attentive.

I was surprised that a new hotel would have such poor sound proofing. I was on second floor and could hear foot traffic late evening and early morning.

It's in a great location, especially if you are visiting KU Hospital.

I think the carpet could use a deep cleaning.
