Pros +
- The promise of breakfast available.
- The guy at the front desk was extremely rude and showed 0 compassion towards my wife and I when we found roaches and bugs in the room, he insisted that WE brought them in, they were over 20+ dead bugs behind the bed and chairs . Very rude
- The wifi was suitable. The bed was comfortable.
Cons -
- The offered breakfast was one slice of bread, sugar cereal, or cookies. Did not feel safe or comfortable. It looks like people must live in this motel as there was a grill outside one door and the desk chair outside another. Other men being creepy.
- The TV didn't work. The bed was noisy.
- There were a few bugs but no bedbugs that¿s a plus there were quite a few dead flies laying around and a roach on the curtains. Other than that it was great

I have no any idea how this hotel has the ratings it does. The unprofessional person at checkin was my fist clue. I will say at least we had clean sheets. The towels were terrible as was the moldy shower curtain.
Nothing!
The worst ever! Dirty, old, smelly. Sheets had not even been changed!! We did not even stay it was so bad!!
It was cheap.
TV was broken. It was a smoking room but it smelled like someone smoked 4 packs of cheap cigarettes and covered the smell with cheap perfume and beer. Never staying there again.
Said free continental breakfast but there was nothing at 7:00 am. Drunk people outside our door.
Proximity to my event at the Independence Airport, affordable rates
Clean and reasonable priced
