- A clean bed and a shower when it was up to par for my short over nights.

- The needed some work shower curtain was ripped. Towels are not comfortable also not always replaced or given at times. Power receptacles not adequate, could be fire hazards. If they took care a little better for customers I would give higher ratings.
- Dirtiness! Entire bedding needed to be washed. Toenail clippings on the floor everything needed wiped down and vacuumed and mopped
