Cons -

  • The Whirlpool wasn't working
  • Jets in the hot tub not working.
  • The room was not clean (urine on the back of the bathroom door, blood on the comforter, curtain falling off the wall) and the toilet did not flush properly. When told the MANAGER, she said "oh, so sorry". Breakfast was not able to keep up with the crowd.
