Quality Inn Great Bend

Set back off a major road, do minimal street noise. It was clean.

Shredded window curtains in both rooms, empty shower soap in one room, musty smell in other room.

My room was unclean and smelled, I didn't stay. I ended up leaving and having to purchase additional accommodations.

The staff was very friendly

The room was small so the bathroom was very small so it was not comfortable using the toilet.

We had made reservations online and checkin was 2:00 but we got into town around 1:20. Our room wasn't ready, so she put us in another room at no extra cost. We originally had a room with one bed and ended up with 2, although we did only use the one bed

Recently remodeled so it is nice and clean looking. It was fully booked but very quiet. The quality of the remodel work was somewhat shabby. Tile in the bathroom was uneven sloppy paint job and grout was missing between tiles.

No elevator to 2nd level which was a problem for me. No ground floor rooms available. When I booked the stay I should have requested a handicap room. So my fault. Bathroom very small.

Nothing. No elevator. Tried three different room keys three different times and none worked. Customer service wasn¿t good.

We didn¿t like anything about this hotel.

Reserved a King room, got a double queen; pool area was filthy; room was unfinished; had no water for over an hour; no towels in the pool; stunk like smoke in non-smoking room; breakfast was sad; way over priced for what we got; next to rail road tracks

The location was nice, right across the street from Walmart.

I didn't like paying an additional $10 to get 2 beds in our room, I was very disappointed in our room. I am not sure how many things came off in my hand, such as shower knob, kleenex front, shampoo container, the bath tub had a residue on it

The gal on in the evening when I checked in was SUPER -- good recommendations for a restaurant.

They spray the rooms and common areas with a VERY HEAVY smelly perfume!!! It borders on sickening. The moring lady at breakfast was overwhelmed --

We were in town for a funeral and needed early check in to change. They graciously found us a room that was ready. Entrance thru side door very handy and just a few steps to our room. The room and halls smelled and looked very clean Brkfast adequate/incl.

The bathroom area was very small, but manageable.The $--- listed price is really $---- after taxes and fees, then additional taxes added at the hotel making total almost $-----

Good breakfast. Desk person who was nurse helpful. Had hair dryer. Had washer and dryer for guests to use.

The bathroom was not very clean. The shower didn't drain. I had requested 2 beds in the 4 rooms I reserved but was given 4 rooms with one bed.
