- Nice large room great water pressure
- Not really anything
- The location is the best part about it for sure! Efrain the maintenance man is also a big plus for this place. We became quite acquainted with him throughout our stay. The second room they gave us only had 2 issues, not 4 so that?s a plus!

- Laundry facility does not work and they can?t refund you the money
- Visible mold. Carpet damage. Uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was gone by 8:00 AM
- The first room they put us in was the one we booked - the handicap king suite and here were the issues we had with it: Musty smell The door to the room would not latch unless you were inside and used the lock manually Jacuzzi tub did not work No microwave

Clean
Desk clerk did not have quarters for the laundry or detergent. Had to go to Applebees next door and buy a beer and ask for my change in quarters. Bought some laundry pods at walmart, and left the leftovers in the laundry room for the next poor sap.
