Everything Ryde people gross rooms nasty beds bo breakfast bar and pallet locks on most doors over priced way to much cheapskate owners it's a no stay away

It was quiet and cool in the room. Hallway was very warm. Overall would do again since it¿s the only hotel in the area.

Room had torn up and patched carpet. They only provided one small shampoo and soap. There was no elevator. The Hindu shrine in the lobby was a little over the top in my opinion. The breakfast bar had few choices. Staff was very difficult to understand.

It¿s your basic room. It is nice that there is a microwave and refrigerator since this town has absolutely no place for sit down eating in the evening except for a Mexican restaurant.

Room smelled musty. They really don¿t have a Continental breakfast. Manager called me to see if I was going to use my 3 rooms that evening this was 3 hours after I had checked in and rooms where prepaid. Hard to understand management

Quiet and clean. The staff was nice. Even when I had to go back to the desk to get my keycard reprogrammed because the magnet on my phone kept messing it up.

Location and outside appearance was good. Carpet was dirty and appeared to not have been vacuumed in a few days. The bathroom floor was dirty and appeared to not have been cleaned around the stool and wall for quiet some time. Cleanliness is important.

Breakfast was advertised and there was nothing. Only one regular and one decaf coffee for a 2 person room. Had to go to the second floor to get ice.

Location.

Needed 2 lightbulbs replaced. Would have helped us if we could have a 1:00 PM check out instead of 11:00.

The room was acceptable except for the roach on the wall which got away from me and hid in the chair. I believe at least one of the reviews was counterfeit, as the hotel could not have matched the description or overall review.

Walking into the hotel lobby was hot. Our room stunk like it didn't smell clean. There was small, what looked like blood splatters, on the wall by the bathroom and on the ceiling. The beds were hard as rock and pillows very flat. I was woken up by screaming and yelling early in the morning. When we took showers, the floor of the shower was slick.

Location. Convenience near highway.

Initial musty odor that went away with AC turned on. Breakfast sparse.

Fredonia Best Value has clean, comfortable rooms with a soaking hot shower. The lobby is nice as well. There is lots of door-front parking. For a budget hotel this place is excellent.

An upgrade on the toilet would be nice and also save the hotel $$ water bill money. But it is OK and clean.

Large room, all the necessaries for an overnight on the road, comfy beds. Nice staff.

I was under the impression check out was at 11 and they locked me out of my room at 10am

It was convenient. It was at the halfway point to my final destination.

The bed and the bedding need to be replaced. Either the sheets hadn't been clean or they were very old. Either way, the sheets need to be updated. The mattress had lost its shape on one side of the king-sized bed.

Very welcoming and personal. Great place to stay near my family.

The room was clean and adequately furnished. The price was reasonable.

The staff was ok, the reception person carried on a personal phone conversation the while checking me in, very disconcerting. Otherwise the staff were pleasant and considerate.

By far the worst hotel I have ever been in. I would not recommend another human being stay here ever.

Everything.The whole building has a strong terrible smell. At times I could smell the stinch outside of the building. The bathroom smelt like mold. The shower caulking had mold all over it. The owners are very awkward & not welcome at all. Check in process was slow as heck even though I paid when I booked the room.Stains on the carpets all over the building. Clearly can tell they’ve never had their floors shampooed. Terrible breakfast select. Poor maintenance across the board. Owner was wearing flip flops worn dry scaly feet. Overall this place is terrible & disgusting. Wear shower shoes or flips in the shower & do not go barefoot.

Our room had a horrible odor like mold. The bathroom toilet leaked. The ac unit stopped working on the first night we were there and by morning the floor was soaking wet from the ac unit. We reported it all to the front and they only put a ice bucket under the leaking pipe in the bathroom. All the breakfast items were watered down.
