Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff

When approaching the manager about our room being left open after cleaning the manager was rude, stated well you can check out tthen.in the 7 days we stayed in the hotel they were only able to service the room twice due to short staffing.

Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and the reception staff was good

Wonderful customer service from both overnight and AM staff. Full breakfast and pool was perfect before heading back on the road. Great location and price.

It was a handicap room, but the toilet was too low for the a handicap, the shower and sink were dirty

Odd smell of mildew in room, drain in the room was clogged, window shade in the room looked as though it was shot with buckshot, was told breakfast would be available until 10 and staff was already cleaning the breakfast area 40 minutes early.

Female clerk at the front desk. She was old and grumpy. Wore a sour grin. Never said one pleasant word.

Hotel employee on the front desk was welcommong and very helpful. the room was comfortable and clean and the bed was also nice to sleep on.

Room was dirty. Sink was totally disgusting. Bathroom floor look as if it had not been cleaned for a few days.

The ladies at the front desk and working the breakfast area were fantastic. They were friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We would stay again!

The breakfast was definitely better than most at this price. The staff was friendly.

There are several ares where the floors are soft when walking. But it was clean.

There was a musty odor, got to the room the odor was still present, changed the room temperature and the odor was strong, looked behind the curtain and see why, the mold

Entering the lobby there was a strong astringent smell. Once in the room, the smell of mildew or water damage/mold was so strong, they had a Febreze air stick in the a/c unit. Mold also present in the shower. I couldn't handle the smell and left same d

the cleanliness of the room was great. The beds were plush and made for a great sleep.

no hot tub & pool closed. I miss rooms with a bath tub in them...most are all showers.
