Hampton Inn Emporia

I needed a handicap accessible room. It was one of the best I’ve been in.

The only thing that would have made the room better would have been if it had a walk in shower, instead of tub/shower combo. It did have plenty of grab bars!!

The staff and the pool were great

Our room smelled like smoke. We were told that people smoke outside and the smell travels into the rooms via the vents. Our room smelled the entire time we were there.

The staff was so friendly and helpful.

I have a small dog. We decided to stay a 3rd night and they charged another pet fee. The original fee covered 3 nights so i dont feel like i shouldve been charged twice.

Yes the fire alarm was located above the bed and kept flashing lights all night long . Those lights disturbed sleep

Clean and spacious rooms. Staff is excellent  who went above and beyond ensuring our room was cooled. I hope all Hampton's are like this and I will make my go to stay when traveling.

A/C seemed to be out in hallway- super hot. Fridge didn¿t get cold. Ice machine on our floor was broken.

Hallway on my floor felt like a sauna. Ice machine on my floor was broken. Refrigerator never got cold and was set on max cold.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Very friendly staff. Front desk always smiling and greeting you as you come and go. The Breakfast staff lady was especially nice and helpful and asked each table if everything was OK and thanked us as we left.

This is a spanking new hotel with clean white walls, floors, etc. Very refreshing, and the nicest choice in Emporia, Kansas.

The extreme cleanliness of the rooms, the staff.

The breakfast menu was lacking in healthy food. The eggs and sausage were good, but if you don't eat sugar and wheat, you're limited.

Location, cleanliness, decorations, breakfast.

Air conditioning was loud when it kicked in and the pool closed at 10 pm.

I dd not like that they do not tell you about the fifty dollar pet deposit on the website.
