Holiday Inn Express & Suites Emporia Northwest By IHG

The weight room and pool. The parking was good and there was a good spot across the road to take the dog to let her run around.

This hotel is a lot more out-dated than anyone has mentioned. Walls were chipped with paint and the room we stayed in had sheet rock cut out and there was no attempt to even tape and float it. Sheetrock screws just a holding the Sheetrock 😂

Location and dog friendly

Charged for unidentified extras after we left and I had expressly asked about when we checked out.

Breakfast very poor quality more like an econolodge than holidsy inn express sterofoam dishes from Walmart silverware too cheap to cut machines not working refusal to restock eg pancake maker, bad quality options. And room shower isolator fan didn?t work

Close to the highway. Clean and staff was very pleasant.

Location. Clean. Comfortable bed.

Nice free breakfast, good location, fast check in, clean and nice sized room

Location, quiet

The bacon was inedible

Not as clean as I would suspect from this brand. I would definitely list as a 2 star only. Elevator and halls were dirty. Food was barely warm.

This hotel was clean, had a frig and microwave, was conveniently located, priced right, and had a hot breakfast.

The water could¿ve been a little hotter. Not a deal breaker. Would stay here again!

The pool was working. The room was clean. Breakfast was good.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4 pm. There was no bar soap in the bathroom.

bed was great

toilet not working; multiple interruptions when resting lots of noise above our room

Close to the hwy and to stores and restaurants

The TV was working we asked for help but they said they would fix it in the morning after we left

Location was ok, price was good

It was definitely any older Holiday Inn, needing some renovations

This is a nearly new, very nice facility with a great staff. At the price we paid it was a better value than the alternatives available.

there appears to be very little sound proofing in the construction. We didn't hear any voices but we did hear a number of mechanical noises.

Charged $10 for parking in their own lot. Came down for breakfast at 7:30 AM ... out of coffee...oat meal was cold and no help hot food on buffet except biscuits and gravy. Tub surround has mold.

New, nice breakfast area

They told us breakfast was at 6am. Staff that am said it was at 6:30. Had to wait for them to unlock the juice machine and yogert fridge. We got a receipt when we checked out that was different then what we paid. Would have been cheaper to book direct

Modern, great breakfast and friendly staff.

Good location. Great breakfast. Clean, large room

Left a pair of earrings in my room. Email was answered quickly however earrings were not "found".

Price, newness, cleanliness, comfortable pillows and bed, quiet floor, easy access to highway.

The large community room with Christmas decorations was very relaxing and inviting. The breakfast was really good too. The bagels were already cut in half and individually wrapped. I really like that!

It was all great!
