Rooms was big and comfy

When I called for reservations, the gentleman on the phone did not tell me they did not have an elevator. I had made a comment that I just had a knee replacement and I couldn't do a lot of walking when we arrived, no elevator, paid extra for ground floor

Convenience, cleanliness, locations to eating places

It was clean, good location, free breakfast, pool & hottub.

No elevator only stairs, Told the staff that ice machine wasn't working, she just laughed.

Noting. It was dirty. A bunch of stuff was broken inside the rooms.

It was very dirty, the tub was leaking, the AC was coming off the wall. My child found a vape in the corner of the room. The floor was wet with something when we got there. I will never stay at another quality in. This was my first time using one.

Walls were so thin you could hear the bathroom activity next door. Towels were thin and sometimes stained. Floors dirty on edges. Breakfast not very healthy choices.

we were pulling a trailer and there was no parking that would accommodate it... they were kind and let us park in the front...

Pool and hot tub were HORRIBLE! Chipped paint, couldn't see anything for hot tub controls because screen was broken. Barely able to get any bubbles. Pool area looked 30 years old.

Staff was nice and breakfast good.

We asked twice before arriving if they had a hot tub and if it was working. Unfortunately, it wasn¿t hot. Said it was supposed to be at 102 but was only at 80¿. We spoke with management and he said they were waiting to get it repaired but we were not tol

Room on 2nd floor. I had great difficulty climbing the stairs. You should list in your advertisement that you did not have elevator.

Very good location. Room was clean and the bed slept great!

It was a little small as in square feet.

Stayed here extended period for work the staff were always smiling and the rooms were comfy. Large TV and shower had lots of pressure. Parking lot was a bit small with trailer but managed. Definitely will stay again

Hot tub!

Pool was extremely cold, but just a temp.problem due to overfilling, front desk clerk explained.

It was cleaned and organized. Though it was definitely an older small hotel, it utilized features of the room and facility very well. Worth a repeat to visit if I were ever in town again.

Bathroom door need to change out due to screws being stripped and having to lift up on the door to be able to use the bathroom or close the door. Not a deal breaker, it's just a few maintenance items in the middle of remodel that be still need attention.

Room size was very nice. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was close to downtown.

It was close to most things I wanted/needed. The beds were comfortable and pillows were nice.

The room was not cleaned well. The drains drained extremely slow. It was very noisy. The pool was not operational.

I was going for my cousins funeral, and something came up and I couldn't go so I tried to cancel my hotel 4, 5 days before, it made me feel like I canceled it then 1 day before I got an itinerary so I called them and they said this was a non refundable.

It was clean, spacious, and not busy at all. No screaming children running down hallways is always good. The breakfast staff member was extremely helpful checking on any items that contained gluten.

The toilet wouldn't flush. Toilet paper remained swirling around even after the third flush, and this happened regardless if we'd gone #1 or #2 :).
