Hampton Inn & Suites Dodge City

Paid for a one bedroom suit and didn’t get it. Only got Hilton points for compensation

Poor customer service

The front desk people were very helpful and polite

The bed's were hard and very uncomfortable. I thought as a high end hotel that the bed's should been more comfortable.

It was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice

Room 212-shower diverter didn?t work so shower pressure was very low. There was no hair conditioner in the container. sink drained very slowly. No Kleenex in container. Pigeons living outside the window loud and kept me up late, woke me up early

Breakfast! room size & only $20 deposit! Round the clock coffee was awesome also.

Sadly the pool was closed but was giving YMCA days at the pool, was appreciated but didn't use.

Proximity to casino

Everything. There was not anyone at feont desk to check in. Waited almist 20 minutes. Room was not cleaned well and the bathroom had no hit water. When I told the front desk, they just said they would have someone look at it.

It seemed to be newer, but the room was horribly run down

We were only there for 1 night for a family memorial service. Our room was next to the Elevator. Very noisy.

Comfortable, clean room. Friendly staff.

Good location next to casino

Bottom floor smelled like wet dog and sour. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the people above us jumped up and down all night long for both nights of our stay. Got zero sleep

It had a nice pool.

The hotel was understaffed. We requested extra cups and we only got them the next day by going to the front desk. We had to wave off flies from our breakfast and there were dead flies in the milk container. This hotel was a real disappointment.

The suite was very large and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, even considering Covid restrictions that have to be navigated. We like the room so much we were disappointed that we could only stay one night.

At 8:30 there was very little food other than cereal for breakfast. It took approx 20 -30 minutes for anything to be brought out and shortly after, the doors were closed. Waited 30 minutes for one of the two carts to take out our luggage.

Nice modern room

had to walk thru all the smokers to enter hotel, parking lot not very cleared from snow very dangerous. maids not wearing mask properly.

It was nice & clean. Attractive lobby.

There was no microwave in the room. Breakfast was not served until 7:00 AM on weekends. When you are traveling you want breakfast @ 6:00 AM , so you can eat & get on the road. We left before breakfast was served.

Beautiful hotel, great indoor pool and hot tub, so close to the casino, it was a 15 second walk, from the hotel. Service was outstanding and the front desk people were so helpful and friendly. I give this hotel 5 stars and would recommend this hotel.

Nothing at all

Room should have been king bed, it was 2 queens instead. Coronavirus breakfast needs to be improved, really who eats a granny smith apple for breakfast?

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were small and average but modern and clean. Location is a hidden gem! It is almost like a modern oasis in the middle of a charming old town...right next to a modern casino. I will try to return...6 hour drive.

Minor issue in the toilet of Rm. 104 showing some wear/maintenance needs. (Toilet loose at the base).

Close to the Casino

Hot Tub was broken. Could not get into the west entrance the last 3 times we have stayed here.
