- Clean, quiet, friendly staff, and great breakfast included.
- The front desk staff tried to remedy the1st room with barf on the sheets with a 2nd room(albeit my 81 year old mom had to pack up ALL her things and change rooms at midnight) and then the front desk staff came & cleaned the poopy toilet in the 2nd room.
- Location to Derby activities.
Cons -
- Barf on the sheets in the first room ¿¿ and poop on the toilet in the second room. ¿¿ I have pictures. I requested a refund but never heard a word back. I¿m contemplating a review online with pics.
- The bed was harder than the floor bathroom had mold and rusty fixtures
- We found signs, what I¿ve been trained in my ER/EMS training to recognize as bed bugs. We didn¿t notify hotel staff (there was only one person there during breakfast & I didn¿t want to raise concerns with other guests if they¿d been treated)
