- Apparently,the hotel cancelled our confirmed reservation (4185346486) without notifying us.We traveled a great distance to attend a conference and had to travel 40 miles out of town for a hotel,disrupting the entire trip.The hotel offered zero help.
- Shower was broken. Should have been given a different room or credited.
- Upon check-in, I asked the front desk agent to extend my stay one night. They said "sure" and everything seemed as requested. Two days later, I was notified that the hotel was booked by the housekeeper and that I didn't have a room that night. Poor.
